NOTE: 2022 will be my LAST year servicing clients in the salon.

What is your Availability?

  • Services are available Wednesday- Friday (9am- 3pm). I highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

  • Arriving 5- 10 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid interfering with another client's scheduled appointment is greatly appreciated. Any client arriving 15 minutes or more past their appointment time will not be accepted and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • My off days are Saturday- Tuesday. My business phone goes on DO NOT DISTURB nightly at 7pm and is turned OFF from Friday (7pm) to Tuesday (3pm). I do not conduct ANY salon business on these days.

  • All texts and calls will be returned between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. 

Do you accept Walk- Ins?

  • Services are rendered by appointment only. Walk ins and "pop ups' will not be accepted. It is very rare that I can accept a same day appointment. Should an emergency occur & you may need a last minute appointment, please visit my booking site FIRST to see if a same day is available. if not, email me at info@adriennesmall.com to inquire and I will let you know via email if you will be able to come in.
     

Do you book online?

  • All appointments are booked online only! You can visit my website www.adriennesmall.com to book your appointment or, visit www.genbook.com to download the booking app. once you have the app, search "Adrienne Small" for my schedule and create a profile to keep all of your appointments (past & future) in one place!
     

Is there a Deposit required?

  • All appointments require a $25 deposit ($50 for color services) & is non refundable.! No exceptions! If you miss or cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • When you book your appointment, you are prompted to an option that by booking the appointment, you are entering into an agreement that you understand the funds are non refundable. Should you book an appointment that you later cancel or no show, then later dispute those charges, your bank will be sent that agreement and you will lose said dispute.

  • Should I, Adrienne Small,  have to cancel your appointment for any reason that is an inconvenience to you as the client, i will gladly refund that deposit in the event we are not able to get you rescheduled.
     

What if I need to cancel?

  • Should you have to cancel your appointment, it MUST be cancelled ONLINE

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to reschedule. NOTE: YOUR DEPOSIT IS STILL NON REFUNDABLE. Cancelling within your 24 hour appointment time will result in your card being charged 50% of the remaining balance.

  • If you cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment, you may transfer your deposit ONE time & reschedule your appointment within the next 30 days based on my availability.

  • If you are unable to come in within those 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit and another will be due in order to get rescheduled.

  • In the event you do not show up for your appointment without a courtesy call, you will be charged 100% of your remaining balance & will not be able to book any future appointments and your deposit will be forfeited. No Call/ No Shows will not be tolerated.

How can I pay for my service?

  • All Major Credit/ debit Cards (3% fee)

  • CREDIT CARD ON FILE

Will I need a consultation?

  • In salon Consultations are also REQUIRED for all 1st time  color services that is not a demi color!

  • There is a fee for in salon consultations. This fee does not go toward the service you are consulting for.

How do I book my color service?

  • I DO NOT ALLOW NEW CLIENT COLOR SERVICES TO BE BOOKED ONLINE!

  • All new client color services require a consultation prior to booking.

  • There are no color services performed the same day as your consultation appointment. That time is strictly used for consulting.

  • Color appointments are made at the end of your consultation for my next available color opening.

  • In order to book your color service after your consultation, You must pay a $50- $75 non refundable deposit in order to secure your date and time.

  • Your $35 consultation fee does NOT go towards your color service. 

  • Please see Cancellations/ No shows section in the event you need to cancel a confirmed color appointment.

How much is my service?

  • Service pricing varies. You can find the starting prices for all services on my website under the SERVICES tab.

  • Demi color services START at $100

  • Double process (base & Highlight on virgin hair;no previous color) START at $325

  • Corrective color (previously colored hair)  STARTS at $450

  • Please note that these are STARTING prices and the final price is dependent on if the hair is relaxed vs. natural, length, and actual color process.

How long will I be in the salon?

  • Shampoo services for Natural hair-  1 hour. 

  • Add an additional 30-40 minutes when treatments are performed

  • Color services range from 3-6 hours depending on the type of color service being done.

Do you service children?

  • I do not service children! There are 2 other stylist in the salon where i work, that i would be more than happy to refer you to.

  • I service ages 16+

  • There is also a Salon Wide Policy: no children are allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. We absolutely understand you may  not have anyone to watch your children during your appointment, but because of the limited space that I have in my salon room, your appointment may have to be rescheduled for a new date if you are unable to find a sitter.

  • I offer hair color training and 1 on 1 sessions!
