Policies & Procedures

Effective April 1, 2019

  • ALL appointments booked require a $25 deposit ($50 for color services) Your deposit  is NON REFUNDABLE. If you miss or cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.

  • Should you have to cancel your appointment, you may transfer your deposit ONE time & reschedule your appointment within the next 30 days based on my availability.  

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment in order to reschedule. If your appointment is canceled within the 24 hour period, your card WILL be charged 50% of your remaining balance!

  • Should you no NO CALL/ NO SHOW your appointment, your card WILL be charged 100% of the remaining balance.

  • A 3% transaction fee is assessed to all card transactions (online bookings included). You are more than welcome to pay cash for in salon transactions.

  •  Services are available Tuesday through Friday by appointment only, however, we encourage booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

  • Online booking is available BUT, color appointments REQUIRE a consultation first, which can be booked online. 

  • Arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid interfering with another client’s scheduled appointment is greatly appreciated. Any client arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will not be accepted.
